This cake I made for my cousin Lisa’s nineteenth  birthday.  It’s fairly simple, only really having one element, the butterflies.  To make them a little more special I made a sheet of purple and white marbled fondant to cut the butterflies from.  I also tried a new flavour for this cake, raspberry and white chocolate mud cake!
