This is a cake that I made for my Mother in-law  Jasmine, for her birthday.  It’s one of the first multi tiered cakes that I have made.  It turned out to be a bit more difficult than I had anticipated, symmetry being so important for this cake.  Despite the challenge, i was none the less happy with the results, as was everyone else.  The cake was delicious coconut cake with white chocolate ganache…mmmm!
